Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 pack thirty minutes after the meal prior to your workout. For competition and intense training sessions, take 2 packs daily. Take with plenty of water. Store this bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture and sunlight.

"Im back with the PAK. I tried other multi vits for a while but PAK is where its at. I take it one hour before I workout(with breakfast). Im not gonna say it gives me pumps or any of that nonsense just that I like knowing my body is Primed with all the good stuff PAK has to offer - including EAA's, a Uni-Liver tab and the digestive enzymes. "Definitely an outstanding multivit. ALthougth it did contain alot of pills to take down but it is important when taking this to consume alot of water. Truly this is a great product because it is effective in terms of containing all the essential nutrients which would even benefit you more when you take other supplements but diet is key to taking this as well. Overall, affordable, effective, and unbeatable. I have already gone through three containers and look forward to another unless optimen changes my mind. "
"wow, great MultiVitamin! i take it first thing in the morning with breakfast and i'm energized, with a clean feeling of energy..it get's me up and ready for the day, also making my trips to the gym more enjoyable; taking it with a whole food meal helps you get the most of the product and makes it less likely that you'll get an upset stomach, make sure you drink plenty of water as well..i noticed reduced muscle soreness and an increase in muscle density..it's 11 pills but i don't think they could fit everything that this product offers you in just 1 or 2 pills.. it has all your nutrients and some; in this product you get your vitamins and minerals, amino acids, digestive enzymes to help you absorb everything this product contains and foods better, Uni-Liver and Milk thistle for liver support. considering a lot of what we put into our bodies goes through the liver at some point, this is defiantly a bonus..this is now my favorite multivitamin and a staple in my supplement stack; it should be the core product for anybody looking for a serious multivitamin."
