Directions

Take 2 capsules 30 minute before breakfast or morning workout and 1 additional capsule in the afternoon (6 - 8 hours later) or before an afternoon workout. An additional capsule may be added to afternoon dose after assessing tolerance. Do not exceed 4 caps per day. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Use for a minimum of 60 days.
