Formestane is a topical cream, and should be applied twice per day. CEL recommends applying it on your inner biceps or thighs, but other users have reported applying it to the tops of their feet, or on their traps.
Taken by itself, or for PCT, Formestane is generally dosed at 100-200mg (2-4 squirts) per day.
Taken during a cycle, 50-100mg (1-2 squirts) is recommended.
