SD Alcohol, Ethyl Ester of PVM/MA, Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, Aminomethyl, Propanol.

Directions
For best results roll on clean skin and bikini liner, let dry for 30 seconds. Put bikini on and press against skin for 2 minutes. Note: If roller-ball doesn't roll easily, hold under hot water until it rolls freely.

NECESSARY.

This product is essential if you're competing to ensure your suit will stay in it's perfect place! I have used this for each bodybuilding show I've done and it works out perfect! When I place this glue on my suit there is no movement after that! I never have to re-apply, this stuff is AWESOME!
