Smucker’s Low Sugar Preserves
These low sugar preserves are not the same thing as sugar free. Low sugar preserves do not have any of the added artificial sweeteners such as Splenda; they are just not as sweet as regular preserves. The macros are literally cut in half from regular preserves.
These come in at 25 calories in one tablespoon. Of those 25 calories, 5g are carbs.
Not only is this product great on toast it also mixes in well with oatmeal. Just add a serving to your oatmeal when it’s still hot and just mix the two together; it adds a great flavor to that boring oatmeal.
