Everyone loves Quest Protein Bars. Or at least the vast majority of people.

But did you know that you can make great tasting, healthy creations instead of just eating the bars by themselves?

Here’s 4 of our favorite recipes that use Quest bars. (Some are a bit trickier than others)

1. Quest Bar Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 Vanilla Almond Crunch Bar
  • Fresh Fruit
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt cream cheese, softened

2. Chocolate Chunk Quest Waffles

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (e.g. Stevia/Splenda)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • sugar-free syrup/chocolate sauce
  • 1 double chocolate chunk quest bar
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

3. Quest Bar “Samoa” Cookies

Samoas may not be everyone’s favorite Girl Scout cookie, but personally I love them! Here’s a healthy alternative (and probably cheaper too, it seems like Girl Scout cookies prices go up $1 every year!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 coconut cashew Questbar
  • 4g sugar free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/8 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 Tbsp shredded, toasted unsweetened coconut, divided
  • ½ Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Liquid Stevia

4. Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough “Poptart”

This one has a lot of ingredients, so you might want to try your hand at one of the others first. Or go big, and try this one first! It’s delicious, that’s for sure.

Ingredients:

  • 3 TBSP oat flour (old fashioned rolled oats ground up)
  • 1 TBSP coconut flour
  • 1 TBSP unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 TBSP sugar free syrup
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 15 Vanilla Creme SweetLeaf Stevia drops
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract
  • 1/4 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
  • 1 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb/High Fiber tortilla (or favorite tortilla)
  • 2 TBSP plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein
  • 4-5 stevia drops
  • 1 TBSP plain greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP sugar free syrup
