Quick Workout Tips – Chest Press

Suppz Gym personal trainer Mike Fisher gives some quick tips for the Dumbbell Chest Press.

  • Grab a set of dumbbells that you can do 10 reps with
  • Start with your elbows 90 degrees
  • Press up to the ceiling, pinching your pecs together
  • Touch the dumbbells together, and come down slowly until your arms are at 90 degrees again
