Getting abs is tough. Here’s a simple exercise to help you on your quest for abs: The Plank.

  • Lay face down on the floor
  • Hold your body off the ground with your forearms.
  • Keep your spine straight.

A slightly easier variation is to fully extend your arms, like at the top of a pushup.

Simple and effective!
