Who doesn’t love a good french toast in the morning? Now you won’t feel so guilty about eating it, since you’re getting 32g protein!
- 2 egg whites
- Two slices wheat bread
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 packet stevia
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1/2 scoop FitMiss Delight Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
1. Dip and coat evenly on both sides, in a mixture of egg whites, cinnamon, and stevia.
2. Cook in a non-stick pan until golden on both sides.
3. Blend together yogurt, 1/3 of the banana, and FitMiss protein powder.
4. Top your french toast with the mixture, a few slices of banana, and cinnamon.
5. Optional: Add a dollop of light whipped cream.
