Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Squares recipe

Here’s another recipe to satisfy your peanut butter and chocolate cravings.

These magical little squares won’t throw you off your diet, even if you eat a few of them!

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 scoops FitMiss Delight Vanilla Chai protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2.5 oz dark chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in blender EXCEPT chocolate chips.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Spray a 8×8 cake pan with coconut oil.
  4. Pour in mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  6. Cut into 12 squares.
