Jacques Sayagh has a better physique than most of us, and he’s homeless!

Instead of just sitting around all day, he would rather be active.

You can find him doing pushups, hanging leg raises, and resistance band exercises in the streets of France.

Jacques’ contest prep diet is 1500 calories of beans and cabbage. Not very complicated, but it sure seems to be working!
