Love the product use it as a postwork out shake
This stuff works. I tried both the serious mass and the pro gainer, I prefer the taste of the pro gainer by a lot, also the fact that it's just one scoop per serving, serious mass is 2, it's a lot. If you did 2 scoops of the pro gainer you would get a whopping 1,300 calories, 120 grams of protein, 170 grams of carbs and plenty of vitamins and minerals. Serious mass has more carbs and 1 gram of creatine per 2 scoops, but that to me isn't enough to pick the serious mass over the pro gainer.
Gold Standard wasn't helping me gain weight, so I decided to try out ON's mass gaining supplement. One tub doesn't last as long as I thought it would and it can be tough to choke down this many servings, but I did experience great results (gained 8lbs in 2 weeks).
