Gaspari is bringing back the old school days of SP250 and Nova X with their fourth addition to the Superpump line. All of the usual suspects made their way into this pre-workout: a clinical dose of pins and needles from beta-alanine, 1g of Creatine Hydrochloride, 1g of Citrulline Malate, and some energy boosting vitamins and minerals.
Now for the fun stuff. According to Herb Nutritionals, Eria Jarensis Extract contains N-methyl-phenethylamine (N-methyl-PEA), and N,N-dimethyl-phenethylamine(N,N-dimethyl-PEA), which are similar in chemical structure to dendrobium extract. Does that sound familiar? It should; this was the ingredient used in Driven Sports Craze V1. More about dendrobium here.
1,3 dimethylamylamine ruled the energy formulas in the supplement world for years until most companies took it off the market due to pressure from the FDA. Ever since, supplement companies have been trying to develop the next DMAA. AMP Citrate was the most recent try at a DMAA resurrection, but was quickly pulled from the market in most supplements. Eria Jarensis may be the next ingredient to attempt to copy the effects of 1,3 Dimethylamylamine. Two supplements including SP250 and APS Mesomorph V3 have already featured it in their formula, and more will likely follow suit. If the effects live up to the hype, this ingredient may not be on the market long, so stock up while you can.
