I wasn't really sure what this supplement was supposed to do when I first ordered it, but it was part of a package deal from AST. Apparently it delivers essential fatty acids that you can normally only get from eating fatty foods. I've used it when gaining lean mass and even while cutting and had great results. I'm ordering more today.
