I love this stuff in replacement of natural peanut butter spread. When I have regular PB in the home, I can tend to "snack" on it, while it's good for you, it definitely is higher in calories. I love PB2 because it is lower in calories, less sweet, delicious and GREAT for baking. The chocolate is my favorite!
Extremely good peanut butter taste goes great in just about anything I especially like it in my meal replacement shake.
