Great product. I use it for competitive swimming. Creates lean muscle mass with no bloating or side effects. Price is very competitive as well for 8 grams per scoop!

if a placebo, a pretty good tasting placebo

You can feel NO products -- or their insulin spikes -- happen; I've never felt creatine before but I'm pretty sure I can feel the extra *something* when taking this 1/2 hour after NO spikers, or simultaneously.

I put together a few months' worth of naturals, and this is the last I added; I'm new to creatinol-o-phosphate and beta-alanine; I probably hit saturation on BA and with a pill form of creatine by the time I added this into the mix, but I am getting either a gear-like anabolic response or a gear-like placebo effect, either of which makes me happy. Weird reps-or-strength, depending on which I'm shooting for that day, which leans me toward "placebo," but I'll take it.

Now I just need a bridge placebo for when I taper off all these current ones.

Good quality creatine

Well if you're serious about bulking up with creatine then you might as well go all out with a supplement like this. I spent a little more than I normally would but the results were worth it. I've taken cheaper creatine in the past and I end up feeling bloated instead of strong. With CGP, that wasn't a problem. It's creatine formula works perfectly.
