Good balance of vitamins for the price

I like how it contains other vitamins including immune boosting zinc. The only reason i dont give it a 5 is that it could have more calcium however for the price its a great value. If you dont like the hard tablets stay away however i did not find it a challenge taking them and i always take them with food for better absorption.
