The stack is ok, I have noticed decent focus and a little bit more sweat which I like but I’ve tried better products to be honest.. I use the Lipo hack around lunch time to try to suppress appetite but it doesn’t seem to work for me as far as that goes. And that’s the main reason I wanted to try it. The Lipo shift pm fat burner seems to help with better sleep and that obviously contributes to better health and reaching your goals, it’s not the best product I’ve tried but it does help me have a better nights sleep. I use the Arez pre workout, I have noticed better focus but nothing crazy to be honest. To me the stack is just ok.
