Carnitine should be used in relatively high doses because of its low absorption when taken orally. This gives you the best bang for the buck.
I bought and have been using this stuff for a week now. I use it as directed which is upon waking and half an hour before lunch. It surprised me what a teeny tiny scoop it is! I have been adding a scoop to my preworkout in the mornings and a scoop to my water half an hour before lunch. Around lunch, I seem to have more energy which is great! But I am excited to see if it helps me lean out a bit more by boosting my metabolism.
