Directions

Can't beat the price!

Incredibly reasonable price and great product. Even with getting recommended veggie intake - and then some - I typically take additional fiber and mix with my greens first thing in the AM. This is tasteless and mixes easy. It's also great in baking when you need an extra thickener/binder but don't want to add all the carbs!

I threw a package of this into my order because I figured that, for 6 bucks, it would be quite the steal. I usually don't eat a lot of foods with fiber in them, but it's pretty important to get lots of fiber for a good bodybuilding diet, so I've starting taking this on a regular basis. Does the job!
