Directions
Platinum Hydrobuilder is instantized, so it always mixes up completely and easily. Simply add 1 scoop of Platinum Hydrobuilder to a blender, shaker cup or glass filled with 8 ounces of cold water, milk or your favorite beverage and blend, shake or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Tip: Adjust the intensity of your Platinum Hydrobuilder shake by varying the amount of liquid you use to prepare it. For a slightly thicker consistency with bolder flavor, mix each scoop with 6 ounces of liquid. For a milder tasting less sweet shake, use 10 ounces of liquid per scoop. Suggested Use: For post-workout recovery, consume one serving of Platinum Hydrobuilder within an hour of completing your training. On non-training days, Platinum Hydrobuilder may be taken in the morning or between meals. AMAZINGLY SIMPLE

Very good product, saving time and money in one scoop with protein and creatine. Doesn't need loading phase and you can see the results in a matter of weeks.

Best I've used

The science behind this supplement sounded kind of hokey at first - almost like it was just bringing water to your muscles. However, I've been using it for about 2 months now and it's by far the best protein I've used. I haven't had lean mass gains like this EVER and if you can afford it, it never hurts to treat your body with something this good.
