The protein quality is delivered in a stellar ratio with 70% of it being Whey Protein Isolate (WPC80) for quick absorption into muscle and the remaining 30% coming from pure Micellar Casein for sustained release protein absorption.

Manufacturer’s Directions:

Add 4 scoops to cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Stir, shake or blend to desired consistency and drink immediately. Note the extra calories provided by mixes other than water. You can add more or less liquid to meet your desired taste. You can supplement your daily calorie intake any time throughout the day. Use 1-3 servings per day depending on desired results. Use between meals. Each serving provides 650 calories with 53 grams of pure protein.

Not the best I've tried

As the title says, it could be better. Taste is 2/5, kind of tastes like a malt beverage but supposed to be chocolate. The after taste isn't good either, and it doesn't have the consistency of a weight gainer. Shit is straight water, you'll be able to drink it real quick but it won't fill you up for that long. It's also under 700 calories a serving, so this didn't really do much to help me gain weight. I'm at the bottom of the container, and I weigh literally 1 pound more than I did when I started this thing. The only positive I'll give it is that the ingredients are all 100% listed, including the amount of sucralose added in for flavor. I really like that this brand has transparency and uses clean ingredients, but I found this product ineffective. There were lots of times this gave me a stomach ache too, I will not be buying this again.
