1/2 scoop will be more than enough for most. Stupid strong preworkout. Biggest downside is that it will definitely make your butthole explode about two hours after taking it.
only junk preworkouts dont tell you caffeine content
1 full scoop made me feel sick, 1/2 to 3/4 of a scoop is the sweet spot. If you’re a stim junkie.
