What Can I Expect From 1-Testosterone?
Since the main ingredient in Hi Tech 1-Testosterone converts to actual 1 Testosterone in your body, you can expect very similar results. Manufacturer’s Directions:

The pineapple splash was so good that I ordered three more flavors the next day! Definitely mix with cold, cold water for best experience. Did clump a little (I probably didn't shake it aggressively enough) but the flavor was so good that it doesn't even matter. Great alternative to a traditional protein!

This works pretty well for me -- not for duration of sleep, but maybe quality. I wake up and feel pretty good -- not exactly remarkably refreshed, but pretty good -- but my dreams have been pretty vivid and I usually don't wake during the night. I'm assuming my REM cycles are deeper than usual; the sleep app on my phone charts this and there's only a nominal difference, but this has been my experience. I'd recommend trying this at least once to see if it works for your recuperation.

I love this product as it is an excellent way to keep hydrated while you workout and it's loaded with the best make up of BCAA's of any product I could find on the market. I prefer the Orange Mango but all the varieties taste great, just find the one you like the most and it's easy to drink more every day. Ultra Blast can also be used as a pre workout (although there's no caffeine), during workouts or post workouts. This is great stuff!
