Major Mass can be used a combination of ways. If you don’t need lots of calories and want more of a meal replacement, two scoops with 20 grams of protein, 32 grams of carbohydrates, and 5 grams of fat is an excellent meal replacement. If you need the calories but your typically sensitive to a lot of carbohydrates, then four scoops for 40 grams of protein, 62 grams of carbohydrates, and 10 grams of fat is an option. And for those hard gainers that need all the calories they can get, eight scoops for a whopping 80 grams of protein, 124 grams of carbohydrates, and 20 grams of fat.
The carbohydrate used in Major Mass is a multi-phase blend of Carb10 and Maltodextrin combined with multiple sources of moderate to low glycemic sourced carbs. Digestisorb Enzyme Complex was added to improve digestion and decrease the bloat while increasing absorption and nutrient delivery. The fats are from a combination of MCT oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, and fat derived from whole milk powder. The absolute best sources you can get from carbohydrate and fats!

Love this product so far. The taste is a 10/10. I havent been taking this long enough to notice any kind of results as far as gaining mass. Could have a higher protein count. Advertised as 40g but that's for 4 scoops. The normal 2 scoop serving is 20g of protein. Get amount of carbs and for the taste fat is relatively low.
