Muscletech Protein Cookie (Expired 1/19)

I bought these for my gym buddies and they barely lasted.

I cannot say that the taste is bad, but the taste is not good enough to make up for subpar nutrition profile. I will stick to protien bars, since they are just as good and way better nutiotion profile.

These are seriously one of the best tasting protein cookies I've ever bought. They taste amazing.

So it's a bit higher on the carbs (almost double the amount of an average protein bar) so that's something to keep in mind if you're doing keto. It tastes absolutely great though especially when you microwave it. Have it with some coffee or milk and you're good to go. Recommend it for sure if you're struggling with cravings or just on the go!
